Some good designs here Nicki.. Poss suggest moving the UW ID somewhere else though - looks like it's been tacked-on a little and is arguing with your navigation a bit..
Try to think of left-aligned text too on your text elements. Like the general look and feel though :-)
A nice 'naturey' feel to this site, easy to navigate and well laid out. I think the navigation button text is a little crowded and may be difficult to read possibly due to the light brown gradient merging with the light green text. Love the roll over effect and you definately know which page you select :)
I think your design is very well laid out, and everything is clear to see. I like how you have used leaves on the background of your main content section and i think this looks good. The colour scheme also works really well with the enviromental theme.
I like the layout of your design. I like the imagery you've used. Only gripe I have is the amount of shades of green you've used. If you were to limit your colour palette to a couple of similar shades of green then I think your site could be alot more consistant. Nice Overall though, well done.
