Like the flat colour usage here Amy. The coloured tab idea works well for nav purposes. Homepage poss needs to have text adhering to the coloumn and grid layout a little more as does the logo poss. Typographic hierarchy seems appropriate and clear.. Be nice to see one of the many pics you took in colour in situ on the page too..
